Objective:
The participants will learn international project management standards and commonly used methods during the training.Participants who have experienced project management tools during the training will be able to apply them practically. Participants will be able to develop a project plan, identify risks, create a communication plan, and apply task delegation and project status monitoring practices. Training is intended for: novice project managers who have recently started working and aim to acquire basic project management competencies,familiarize themselves with best practices, and international project management standards.

Aivaras Pranarauskas - I am a lecturer working on various international projects. Currently, I work in the International Cooperation Department of the Employment Service. I will convey knowledge clearly and comprehensibly because writing projects is my daily activity. We write international projects and administer them according to various funding programs: Erasmus; ESF+; Twinning; Interreg; Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund.
